We take great pleasure in collaborating closely with our clients to create bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces that turn into beloved heirlooms. Additionally, we offer the option to repurpose existing stones, crafting new settings and arrangements that align with the Athari aesthetic, transforming them into fresh and exciting designs and giving them a second life.

Step One - Consultation
Firstly, we'd love to get an idea of what you are looking for. You can share your inspiration, ideas and references. This can include images, sketches or simply a description - the more information the better. Whether in person or virtually, we are happy to accommodate your wishes.

Step Two - Design
We will bring your ideas to life with the help of computer-aided design to visualise your bespoke project. After feedback and adjustments, we begin sourcing stones that will fit your specifications or proceed with available gems from our inventory.

Step Three - Production
Our skilled artisans will craft wax models based on the 3D model, and then cast your piece in the metal of choice. This is followed by stone setting, and the polishing process to ensure your piece is perfect. After intensive quality control your jewel will be shipped to our London office.

Step Four - Delivery
Beautifully gift-wrapped in our Athari signature packaging, we will hand-deliver the custom piece to you within London or ship it to your home around the world.

Do you provide aftercare?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all Athari pieces, which includes ultrasonic cleaning, regular gemstone check-ups, re-sizing, gold polishing, and any maintenance required.

Are all your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our gemstones are ethically sourced, and hand-selected locally. We work closely with mines that prioritise fair labor practices, environmental responsibility, and community impact. This allows us to offer beautiful gemstones with a story of integrity behind them.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location, and we ensure all items are securely packaged for safe transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?
London-based orders will be hand-delivered, international orders priority shipped within 3-5 business days.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable, but we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their order.
