Beginning her career in fashion as a buyer at NET-A-PORTER, Victoria developed a sharp eye for design, quality, and curation. During this time, she witnessed the pace and scale of modern luxury consumption - an experience that would go on to shape a more considered and intentional approach to fine jewelry.

She later refined her expertise by studying gemmology at the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA), before stepping beyond the traditional industry path. Driven by a desire to understand the journey of a gemstone in its entirety, she spent months travelling across the African continent - visiting mines, working closely with local communities, and gaining rare, first-hand insight into the origin of the materials she now works with.
